You can dramatically improve the effectiveness of your website by choosing the right powerful images. Most companies put images of themselves, their team and their office or building front and center on their website. That’s because they think their website should be about them.
Actually your website should be about your customer, not you. So the images you highlight should be success images of what your prospective customer’s life would look like if they choose your product or service. You want to help them imagine themselves in the story you are painting for them.
So instead of showing the outside of your building, or an empty office (yes, I see this ALL the time!) or a cheesy team photo on your home page, make this important change. Instead, put an image that helps your prospect imagine how their life could be improved if they choose your company.
